People
Keeping track of artist and crew names and numbers can be achieved through artist>people. Depending on how you wish to manage artist guest-lists, we've also got the functionality to construct guest lists here.
Artists and Crew
You can provide as many artist and crew names as is required. Once a name has been added, you can then approve them and provide their ticket type - provided that you've listed these in artist>config (see here for more), and you have people Permissions of 3.
Once an artist/crew member has been approved, they can't be removed unless the user has permission level 3 in people.
If you are sending out tickets in the post, then there will be a button in artist>contract for Sent Tickets. NOTE - this won't appear unless all artists/crew have been approved.
Artist Guests
If you're collating names for the gate you can provide these, and their respective ticket types, here. The functionality for this can be switched on/off in admin>config (i.e. if you're posting tickets out, turn this off).
The number of fields that appear here are set in the number of guest tickets field in the artist>contract page. Unlike the artist/crew form above, it can be a single stage process - enter the name and select the ticket type - provided you've the appropriate permissions.
