Printing & Emailing
Select the days/stages that you wish to print out - we'd recommend that you only try to print/save one page at a time (i.e. one day and a handful of stages)
If you are viewing the Scheduler with permission level 3 (i.e. you can move the time blocks around), then you'll first need to click on the 'print view' link at the top of the page. Select whether you want to view all performances, or just Confirmed Artists and press 'submit'. This will bring up the 'flat view' that those with lesser Permissions see.
Mac: Printing Steps
Once you've got your page set-up as you wish, go to file>print. When the print dialog comes up, click the little down arrow (circled below) to view the advanced printing options.

The box should grow and you'll see something like the following:

Make sure 'Print Background Images' is selected, and you can also check 'Shrink To Fit Page Width' (although this isn't essential).
Change all the page headers & footers to blank and then press 'Print'.
Mac: Saving as PDF (for emailing)
Follow the above steps, but instead of clicking on 'Print', click the 'PDF' button (as below).

Select 'Save as PDF', choose where you're going to save the document (somewhere that you'll remember when it comes time to compile the email), and click 'Save'.
Done!
Windows: Printing Steps
Internet Explorer: We first of all need to check to see whether the background images are ready to print. So, navigate to Tools>Internet Options. Click on the 'Advanced' tab and scroll down to 'Printing'.

Make sure 'Print background colors and images' is checked and press 'OK'.
Now we need to go to File>Page Setup and delete the content in the Header and Footer fields. Click 'Ok'.

We're now ready to print! Go to File>Print and press 'Print'.
PC: Saving as PDF (for emailing)
Windows doesn't come with a built-in pdf engine like Macs do, so if you haven't already got software like Adobe's Acrobat Writer, we're going to have to install some software first. Fortunately for us, there's some free software called CutePDF that will do the job perfectly.
Our first port of call is the CutePDF website. Download both the Free Download and the Free Converter.

Once downloaded, run and install the free converter (you may have to click to approve the process). Click 'Setup' to continue.

And, after that has completed, run the CuteWriter install program (again, approving any dialogs that arise).

Ok, that will now have installed all the software required for you to be able to save documents as PDFs. Let's return to the web browser with our Scheduler and see what difference that makes.
When we use CutePDF (or Adobe Acrobat Writer, for that matter), we PRINT to a pdf file, not save.
So, on our Scheduler page, got to File>Print (in the browser menu). There, alongside your other installed printers we should see a printer called CutePDF Writer (as below). Select that.

Click 'Print', type in the name that you wish to call the saved schedule, choose the location where you will be able to remember it later and click 'Save'.
Done!
